Hello. URGENT - PLEASE READ |
It has come to our attention that our business name is being used illegally by phishers/scammers in order to try and scam people.
Please be vigilant.
Firstly, please be assured that we have NOT had any kind of data breach. We do NOT buy or sell data, and rest assured your data is safe with us.
Secondly, we do NOT sell vouchers or discount codes.
If you receive any email from:

wrekinwaterfiltration.sales@gmail.com
wrekinwaterfiltration.sales@outlook.com
wrekinwaterfiltration.co.uk@gmail.com
Offering discounted vouchers, Black Friday discounts or Discount codes, THESE ARE NOT FROM US and they are committing Business Identity Fraud

Please forward all these emails to report@phishing.gov.uk and hopefully this will be shut down asap.
These scammers are relentless, but hopefully together we can shut it down quickly by forwarding all emails to the national cyber security team as per the above.
If you have purchased any vouchers from any of these emails, please contact your bank ASAP in order to try and stop the transaction and attempt to get your money back.
As a small family run company, this has been an incredibly tough time for us. I work so hard building our company and reputation, that it takes something like this to taint our reputation and business, and quite frankly, I am devastated that our business name has been illegally used and copied to try and scam people.

I have been assured that I had/have absolutely no control over this at all. All I can do, it report it , which I have, and I am asking you all to report the emails too. If you have bought vouchers, I would advise you also contact Action Fraud as well as your bank.
The only email address we use is orders@wrekinwater.co.uk and should be saved as a trusted sender. Any other email address that is not from @wrekinwater.co.uk is not from us.
